  14. If you run a BBS you can qualify to take part in the Aceex Sysop Modem
  15. Program. This entitles you to buy modems for your own use at a large
  16. discount and also allows you to sell modems through your BBS.

  18. 1) Sysop Discount Program
  19.  
  20. To participate in this program:
  21.  
  22. - You must be operating a BBS that is up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  23. - We must be able to call your BBS to verify its operation
  24. - You must plan to be operating your BBS at least six months from
  25.   the present time.
  26. - The modem(s) you buy through the plan must be used in the full-time
  27.   operation if your BBS.
  28. - You must agree to post one of the included Aceex advertisements
  29.   in your log-on or log-off screens for a minimum of ONE MONTH.

  32. 2) Sysop reseller program.
  33.  
  34. We want you to sell our modems and we want you to make a profit doing it.
  35. BBSing is an important activty to modem manufacturers. Without BBSes we
  36. wouldn't sell many modems. We want to help keep your BBS alive, and that
  37. usually means covering your operating costs.

  39. We will send you $15 for every 14,400 modem you sell. You do not need to carry
  40. any inventory. You do not need to buy anything. You do not need to ship
  41. anything. We take care of all of that.

  43. Simply post the order form on your BBS with your name on it and we'll send you
  44. your commission cheque once a month for every order we receive. We will ship
  45. the modem by UPS anywhere in Canada directly to the purchaser.
